• System Migration to SafeKeeperPlus (SKP): In due course, we will migrate your data onto our document management system SKP and provide access to our customer portal IMConnect. We will provide full details and guidance in respect of this in due course.
• Comprehensive Solutions: As part of the Iron Mountain group, you’ll have access to an expanded portfolio of services, including secure document storage, data management, shredding, and digital transformation solutions. We're here to support your specific business needs and growth.

We are committed to making this transition as easy as possible and ensuring you have all the tools and support you need for success. Following the acquisition, nothing will change from your perspective, save that in due course we will migrate your data onto our document management system, SKP, and will provide more details in due course in respect of this. For now please continue working with the team members at MJF you already know so well, they're right here to help with whatever comes up.

As part of the integration of MJF into the Iron Mountain group, personal data processed in connection with the services may be transferred to and processed by Iron Mountain and its approved sub-processors in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the terms of your existing agreement.
